It starts with a quick inquiry to see if your event date is available. I’ll get back to you fast so we can keep things moving.

2. LET’S CHAT

We hop on a brief call or virtual chat to go over the details and see what kind of coverage fits best. If a custom quote makes more sense, I’ll create one tailored to your vibe and needs.

3. LOCK IT IN

Once everything looks good, you’ll receive a Statement of Work to sign. A 30% retainer officially holds your date and we’re good to go.

4. PRE-EVENT CHECK IN

Three to seven days before the event, we’ll have a quick virtual chat to review the timeline, go over any final details, and set clear expectations. No surprises, just smooth sailing.

5. EVENT DAY

I show up ready to move with the energy of the room and capture every real, raw, beautiful momentβ€”no stiff poses, no forced smiles, just the magic as it happens.

6. DELIVERY & GALLERY

You’ll receive 10 sneak peek images within 12 hours of your event. Your full edited gallery will land in your inbox within 5 business days, ready to download, share, and fall in love with.

How many photos will we receive?

You’ll receive 100 to 125 fully edited, high-res images per hour of coverage. I always aim to over-deliver, so don’t be surprised if there’s a few extra gems tucked in.

Can you shoot portraits or headshots during the event?

Yes. If you want professional portraits or team headshots on-site, I can build that into your package. Just let me know ahead of time.

What’s your booking process?

It starts with a quick inquiry form. Once we confirm availability and details, a signed statement of work and 30% retainer locks in your date.

What makes you different from other event photographers?

It’s not just the photos. It’s how I make people feel. I bring warmth, intuition, and a little chaos (the good kind). I make people comfortable, confident, and totally themselves, even the ones who hate cameras.

Can you provide same-day delivery or rush edits?

Will our images be watermarked?


Nope. You get clean, high-res images for your use. If you want full copyright release for commercial usage, that’s available as an add-on.

Will you dress up or wear a horse hat if we ask?

If it adds to the vibe, I’m in. Costumes, colour themes, or your wildest branding ideaβ€”I’ll match the energy and bring the camera.

Do you travel for events?

Heck yes. I'm based in Hamilton but I shoot wherever the energy takes me. Travel fees apply for locations more than 30 km outside the city.

What’s your style of photography?

Candid, emotional, and connection-driven. I move with your event, not against it. Think of me as a 6'1" fly on the wall with a sixth sense for the good stuff.


Do you offer second shooters or assistants?

For larger-scale events, yes. I can bring on a trusted second shooter or assistant to make sure we catch every angle.
